Nineteenth Letter is an up-and-coming streetwear brand founded in 2013 by Sergio Scott. Sergio takes inspiration from pop culture to create stimulating pieces for meta-consumption. Their very first design was the Chiraq Crown, a satirical design inspired by the old Compton snapback hats and created with the intent of bringing awareness to the escalating violence in Chicago. From there, Nineteenth Letter eventually branched off into a full scale streetwear line, offering everything from simple screen printed tees to cut and sew sheep skin leather jackets. With a growing fanbase that rises with each passing day, Nineteenth Letter looks to continue their original quest to put Chicago on the world of fashion.
